Canon Updates, World Updates

First of all, we're instating a Canon Updates mechanic: Characters will find themselves drawn to the ocean, and they will disappear beneath the waves. They will find themselves sucked into a strange rift before they awaken back home. They will lose consciousness and wake up coming out of the water like a new arrival. There is no limit to the number of IC days they can stay "home" for their update, but realize that an extended absence from the game may require a hiatus to fulfill AC requirements. Animals: Some players have received koi fish and cows! You'll start to see these pop up on the Island as time goes on. Man's real best friend is back. BARKBARKBARKARKBARK! Locations: Full Moon(ty) Theater - There are two screening rooms that show different features all day. Fridays are cosplay day. Come in costume and get a free popcorn! You can also get free food by volunteering to work the concessions! Barracks - An small warehouse has been retrofitted into barrack-housing. Fits up to twelve people "comfortably" with four people to a room on stiff, metal bunk beds with even stiffer mattresses. More people can stay there if they don't mind sharing a bed. Bathroom and showers are communal, but there are a couple stalls if people would like more privacy. Everything is co-ed. Water is hot! Most of the time. Curly Cubes Makeover Salon is now open for business! Or would be if it had any staff. Two chairs and hairdryers, but one of the chairs comes with handcuffs and a dildo attached. i've got a question regarding the canon update mechanic: if someone with au game history got updated to a different canon point than they were apped with, would they lose physical enhancements they'd come into the game with? also, is there any additional information that one would need to submit prior to a canon update?

Physical enhancements could be kept per logical discretion - if a character received a prosthetic arm in the game or pre-game as a CRAU, for instance, they could certainly return with it.

Canon updates are taken on the honor system. Additional submissions will be implemented if people are found to be abusing it.

good to know! she doesn't have much further to update to so it would only be once if i decided to do it, but i'll definitely keep that in mind. :)

if i decided i wanted to lose the physical enhancements but retain the memories, would that be allowed?
