Hi! I'm liking this military background theme we have going. Cloud craves direction and a mission to accomplish, maybe if you're interested, we can get more information or resource sharing activities out there. For example I hear we're getting chocobos and we have a bunch of characters who could get people familiar with their care and handling. Or training on a variety of skills. I just want to establish reasons to interact with people too.

hi mint!! I'm really enjoying it too and I'd be super glad to get them working on some more missions! UGH CHOCOBOS WOULD BE SO PRECIOUS... james would gladly take to learning about them and help others with that too, so it sounds like a great chance for them to get to know each other a lil better!

I forgot to say that I'll be apping mercy from overwatch this app round in my lil blurb up there so there is the possibility for that CR as well if he'd benefit from a softer healer type! she's pretty playful but far better at reading tells and listening/displaying patience with people where james is like... well-meaning but sometimes a bit too strict/stiff despite his attempts otherwise lmao. I'm still laughing over "well if you find me suitable" and cloud's aggressive backtracking, POOR CLOUD... HE'S SORRY... he is wary of doing anything Too Militaristic bc he doesn't want to put anyone off, but some aspects are definitely helpful to survival and securing locations so he'd gladly invite him along on any future excursions too! probably like securing unstable structures/blocking access to them etc where it takes people with Specific Skills.

Leader types need people who can take orders and get shit done and... my guy hasn't really hit his leader stride yet, still more of a reluctant follower. Cloud will just have to get used to being on fucc isle, meantime I'm going to lmao as he muddles through. I'm down! Canonblind to almost everything including Overwatch but healer and swordsman combo is also great.

this is very true, you're absolutely right. he will try to teach cloud the good worthwhile leader bits and not the unfun "see the whole picture and choose the sacrifices to make for the greater good" bits...

I promise you're not missing anything good re: overwatch it's mostly shallow storytelling and a rowdy cast of characters but angie's a good bean! she's a lil younger than james and very sweet, I'm sure they'll get along just fine. 😌
