TL;DR: Dandy leader of a great sect of martial artists significantly more badass than he is. Usually comes across as an anxious, useless hot mess that radiates bottom energy with strength of a thousand suns. In truth, it's an elaborate facade for a very clever and intelligent politician who's well practiced at playing the fool while hiding his true self in order to reach his goals. Huaisang's coming into the game in the middle of a metaphorical chessmatch against a bitter enemy after plotting to take him down for a decade. He's got some unfinished business to settle and kink bingo's getting in the way of that so he's going to be very motivated to complete his work here in the hope that'll it'll lead to a way back home.
