TL;DR: thrice-died new orleans munchkin witch who makes stuff explode when she gets upset but is really good and nice. has lots of authority and trust issues and anger towards vampire, but is ironically trying to resurrect her dead vampire boyfriend while being the most powerful witch in her coven. she has magic but some of those require permissions so if you could please.
