TL;DR: Julieta is an 18 year old pilot who has been working with the military officially or otherwise since she was a child pulled off the streets. Her 30m tall mobile suit can be found in the hangar with the others. She relates most easily to other military types but would benefit from people who can help clue her in on things she's missed out on. Mostly she just wants to get this thing done efficiently.
