Well here's your chance! Basically he seems like an emo goth but Noctis is a very chill dude who gets along easily with others at his own pace.
Looking For: Friends! Also now that he's dipped his toe into the waters and has had his first sexual encounter already he's more willing to seek out casual sex partners. Exploring buddies is also great, fellow magic users, and anyone open for a spar every once in a while.

UH, if you want this to happen during Event Things, noct can always get darted and caught in the rain and suzaku will come along and pick him up! he'll gladly take a prince more flexible than his own tbh
