Layering in that insidiously slow psych-play cat-and-mouse game is, definitely, something I can provide. Vaati is pretty charismatic, he's the type who enjoys pushing boundaries as subtly as possible and tends to fail to back off when told to. Having this interacting in the hot springs themselves could offer another layer of "vulnerability" we can play on since yanno' - lack of clothes/weapons.
So, on my end - I'll get that game of wiles revved up, to maneuver him so that he's close enough to Char to get claw and tooth on him. He'll quite readily go to town to get his, since he's big into dominating others - especially if they're clever, wily and/or strong in their own right.
