TL;DR:
The noblest of nobles! Perhaps, maybe, tied by one Ferdinand von Aegir. But that is to be contested. Former pompous ass that has since learned he was a tool but sometimes still reverts back to old habits. The most easily flustered human in all of existence and he's quite legitimately liable to hyperventilate at some point from the sheer scandal of it all.

He is capable of having a perfectly pleasant conversation, his outlook is just pretty skewed from how he was raised. (blah blah statement on the flaws of Fodlan society, foil for Claude, blah blah) His heart is in the right place, though, and he is honestly a devoted and romantic fool he's just so bad at expressing anything it's a tragedy. On the plus side the boy grew up pretty.
